Margate Tower
The Margate is a 29-story oceanfront luxury high-rise. There are two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom oceanfront, oceanview and plantation view units ranging in size from 1,806 to 2,787 heated square feet. Brighton Tower

Located next to each other the, North and South Hampton towers have large balconies with beautiful oceanviews, sunrises and sunsets. Large interiors are bright and airy. One, two and three bedroom units are available. The North Hampton Tower has an indoor pool, hot tub, and a private parking deck. South Hampton guests can take advantage of a convenient foot bridge that connects South Hampton with the restaurants, convention center and more.

The one bedroom villa is approximately 750 square feel, the two bedroom villa is approximately 1350 square feet, the three bedroom villa is approximately 2000 square feet, and the four bedroom villa is approximately 2450 square feet. One, two, three and four bedroom units are available with Park and Lake Views. A short walk through the resort to the beach, healthclub and pools! Special villas located close to the ocean are also available. These units are in the Windermere and Gloucester Section.
